Like all Smithey skillets, the interior features our signature polished finish, which, when seasoned, is naturally non-stick and easy to clean. Use it well!

Insane skillet,

Owning a food business for 24 years I've used a crazy amount of cook wear. My favorite pan is, WAS my 1942 16" Griswold, this deep skillet is over the top incredible. The crust you can put on a steak, well anything you want a crust on this pan is your best friend. One thing do make sure you get the leather sleeve the handle gets very hot as I learned the hard way!

The most awesome cast iron skillet.

The smooth polished cooking surface is unbelievable. It has truly transformed dishes my wife has made. The meals are more like my grandmother use to make. My wife loves how easy the skillet is to clean compared to her old rough surface skillet. That old skillet was retired the first day she used her new Smithey iron skillet.

Love love love.

Perfect pan for two. I secretly wish they’d make the #14 this size with the flat sides and two handles, but this is a classic design, closer to a saucier with beautifully eased edges. Easy to use. Perfect size for a small stove top. Beautiful enough to keep stored out in public view. These pans are just so easy to use. Love it. 🥰
